Policies

    • All new client bookings require a $50 deposit in order to secure an appointment. This deposit can be made through Venmo or Zelle, and will go towards the service total the day of your appointment.

    • Deposits are transferable if the appointment is rescheduled within a 48 hour notice of your booked appointment date.

    • Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

    • Individuals who do not notify me of cancellation 24 hours prior to appointment time or no show will be charged a fee of 25% of service booked for.

    • Please inform me if you are running late. After 10 minutes or more, your appointment may be cancelled or adjusted for the allotted time​.

    • I do not offer Refunds.

    • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment and I will gladly make any adjustments needed (within the scope of the original service). These services are free of charge, however they do not include any blow-dry or style services.

    • Any adjustment requests made after the 72-hour period will be charged accordingly to make the adjustments.

    • Full Balayage and highlight services usually require 4+ hours to complete. Please keep this in mind for booking.

    • Full Balayage and highlight services cannot be booked later than 2pm (unless otherwise requested by me).

    • All other salon services (toner, color, haircut) can be booked before or after 2pm.

    • New clients must book appointments through the New Client Form.
