All new client bookings require a $50 deposit in order to secure an appointment. This deposit can be made through Venmo or Zelle, and will go towards the service total the day of your appointment.
Deposits are transferable if the appointment is rescheduled within a 48 hour notice of your booked appointment date.
Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

Individuals who do not notify me of cancellation 24 hours prior to appointment time or no show will be charged a fee of 25% of service booked for.
Please inform me if you are running late. After 10 minutes or more, your appointment may be cancelled or adjusted for the allotted time.

I do not offer Refunds.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment and I will gladly make any adjustments needed (within the scope of the original service). These services are free of charge, however they do not include any blow-dry or style services.
Any adjustment requests made after the 72-hour period will be charged accordingly to make the adjustments.

Full Balayage and highlight services usually require 4+ hours to complete. Please keep this in mind for booking.
Full Balayage and highlight services cannot be booked later than 2pm (unless otherwise requested by me).
All other salon services (toner, color, haircut) can be booked before or after 2pm.
New clients must book appointments through the New Client Form.
